Terms and Conditions

We have a "no return policy" due to the nature of our products as use of the product can not be determined. Our ashtrays are inspected before they're shipped. Please inspect all items upon receipt and if you receive a damaged item in your order contact us right away so a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier and your item will be replaced.

Orders to be shipped outside the continental USA must be made by telephone and additional shipping charges will apply. If orders are shipped internationally, taxes and duties, if due, will be the responsibility of the purchaser and must be paid to the country where the goods are being shipped before your order can be received.

We currently offer free shipping on orders totaling over $100.00 within the continental USA. We ship all orders by ground only. If a customer would like shipping other than ground shipping the order must be placed by telephone and additional shipping charges will apply.

Each piece in our collection is hand painted and variations occur as no two pieces are exactly alike. 

Our products are not dishwasher safe and should be cleaned with a paper towel and glass cleaner.

We do not share our customers information with third parties other than as needed to complete and ship your purchase.
