All orders are shipped by ground only. If a customer would like shipping other than ground shipping the order must be placed by telephone and additional shipping charges will apply. All ashtrays are inspected before they're shipped. Inspect all items upon receipt for damage. If you receive a damaged shipment please contact us immediately so that a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier.
