Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, as we can not determine use of our ashtrays, we have a no return policy. All orders are inspected before they're shipped. Please inspect all items upon receipt and contact us if an item is received damaged so that a claim can be filed with the shipping company. Any items received damaged will be replaced.
